MEMBRANE GUARDS BASEMENT
Membrane adhesion completely before going into the structural concrete basement floor and walls used for tunnels without space construction.
I- ADVANTAGES:

II- DESCRIPTION:
- Preprufe 300R & 160R membranes are synthesized unique plate consists of a thick HDPE film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a protective coating of weather.
- Unlike other products without adhesive film which is very weak traditions before the entry of water in open channels between the membrane and no structural adhesives, Preprufe unique sealed in concrete to prevent any any penetration of water around structure.

- Preprufe 300R & 160R membranes are spread on the ground can be prepared concrete or soil, sand, stone roller compacted, with the vertical planes based membranes can be placed back into form. Notes:
- The result is the average of experiments, a waterproof membrane
- Testing pressure water column prepared by pouring concrete onto the membrane (joint position). Concrete properly maintained for the intensity and pressure chamber for experiments, the surface is exposed to film (including joint position), to water pressure equivalent to 70m of water column height.
- Concrete is poured onto the surface of the membrane adhesion and maintenance standards (at least 7 days). Experimental film peeled from the concrete speed measured at room temperature 50mm/minutes.

V- TECHNICAL PROVISIONS:
Preprufe 300R or 160R must be affixed with adhesive side facing to catch and stick with fresh concrete. All systems are materials Preprufe 300R/160R provided by Grace Construction Products, and is constructed according to the user manual of the product. Samples taken as standard.
